Our story
From Toombul to Everton Park and Nundah.
Ivy opened at Toombul in 2018. After flood damage closed Toombul Shopping Centre in 2022, the practice continued at Everton Park and Nundah.
The locations changed, but the aim remained simple: explain the findings, set out the options, and make each next step clear.
- 2018
Ivy opens at Toombul.
The first Ivy Dental clinic opened in Brisbane, with a focus on clear explanations, considered planning, and follow-up.
- 2022
A new chapter after Toombul.
After flood damage closed the centre, Ivy continued caring for patients at Everton Park and Nundah.
- Today
Two clinics, one approach.
Everton Park and Nundah use shared systems for records, planning, and review.

The Ivy Standard
Assess. Plan. Preview. Craft. Perfect.
A five-part framework for making assessment, choices, treatment, and review easier to understand.
- 01
AssessUnderstand before recommending.
We begin with what brought you in, a relevant examination, and any records or imaging needed to understand it.
- 02
PlanMake the options and costs visible.
When treatment is proposed, we explain the alternatives, likely timing, indicative fees, and important limitations before you decide.
- 03
PreviewReview the direction where useful.
Digital scans, photographs, or a trial smile can make a proposed result easier to understand when they are appropriate for the case.
- 04
CraftWork to the agreed plan.
Treatment follows the agreed sequence, with laboratory support and clinical checks where the case calls for them.
- 05
PerfectFinish carefully, then review.
We check the result, explain aftercare and maintenance, and set review points where they form part of treatment.
