The Ivy approach
We begin with what brought you in, what matters to you, and anything that would help you feel more at ease.
Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, and discusses any photographs or X-rays before they are taken.
We show you what we find and talk through the suitable options in plain language, including the choice to do nothing yet.
If anything needs attention, you receive a written plan with indicative costs and time to decide what feels right for you.
A gentler visit
Dental anxiety is common. Tell us what would make the visit easier. You do not need to explain it away or apologise for it.
Before you arrive
If anything is unclear before your visit, call us. We will help you arrive prepared.

Before your visit
If we send you a Dentally Portal link, complete your medical history beforehand, or arrive a little early and we will help.
Have your health fund card available if you would like to claim. A current medication list and any recent dental records can be useful if you already have them.
First visit fees
We discuss fees before treatment and can process eligible claims through HICAPS for all major health funds.
