All major health funds can be processed through HICAPS where the policy and treatment item apply. You pay any applicable gap. - 04

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless an approved payment arrangement has been made in advance.

Up to $1,158 over two consecutive calendar years.
CDBS eligibility is not automatic. For eligible children, CDBS-covered items are bulk billed at $0 out of pocket at Ivy Dental while the planned items are covered by the remaining Medicare balance. Ivy Dental can check CDBS eligibility and remaining balance before treatment. Families can also check through a Medicare online account linked to myGov or call the Medicare program line on 132 011.
